Looks to me like this creep reached out to her personally (as he stated in his review), probably hit on her, and was mad that she didn’t reciprocate. Also reminded me about points for a discount. Super patient with me and helpful when I’m looking for something new. Christie greeted me today, she’s very nice every time I visit the store. If you are allowed to make a reservation for 7:30-8 then you shouldn't start the closing process till 8.For the most part the workers are great but it seems that maybe as of late they are a bit overworked or undertrained.Ĭreated this account just to get on here to hype up the yuck mouth flower that I got today and leave a good review about the great energy of this place, but I also have to respond to this “Knob Knuckle” review below me. The outdoor stuff was put away, my order was already put back and when me and another person walked in the young man behind the glass in front was not shy about letting us know he was annoyed that we were there. Another time I placed an order for pickup between 7:30-8 and I got there around 7:45 and they were already in the process of closing. The girl doing curbside was new and shivering with no coat so I didnt make a big deal out of it. This happens quite a bit lately and is rather annoying.During the Christmas specials I didn't even receive the advertised discount and was charged $11 more than I should've been. But if I'm doing curbside it's because I have my little ones with me and I can't go in so I just have to deal with it. And they're usually gone on to the next customer or back inside so my only option would be to go inside. There's been plenty of times when doing curbside that I would want to use my points and I told the person that and they said ok and then would bring me my order and very little change because they did not use my points like I asked. They have a great rewards program and the workers are usually great. I'm a regular here and most of the time it's great which is why I'm a regular. They used to be good but I will not be coming back to this location. And obviously have no real system going on. After sitting there a good five more minutes with no new customers checking in the guy who got my things finally put the stickers on my items and brought them out to me in the waiting room. My money card and order were all sitting on the back counter of the check in area. After 45 minutes of waiting and multiple people getting their orders ahead of mine I went in. Then I sat in my car and waited after 20 minutes another employee was in the parking lot and I asked if he could check on my order because people who arrived after were getting their orders he apologized and went to check them after 30 minutes waiting two employees came out to tell everyone they were closing curbside down, but that they would still be bringing mine out since they had all my things.
A guy came out an took my card and money. Received the notification it was ready for pick up.
